Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All paid plans (Pro and Premium) include a 7-day free trial. Your card is not charged until the trial ends. If you cancel from your account settings before the trial expires, you will not be charged and no refund request is needed.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

  • Pro ($6.99/mo) and Premium ($14.99/mo) charges are refundable within 7 days of the billing date if you have not significantly used the Service during that period.
  • After 7 days, monthly charges are non-refundable. You retain full access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. It does not refund the current billing period.

3. Annual Subscriptions

  • Pro ($59/yr) and Premium ($129/yr) are eligible for a prorated refund within 30 days of the charge date, based on the number of unused months remaining in the subscription year.
  • After 30 days from the charge date, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • Cancelling an annual subscription stops auto-renewal at the end of the subscription year. Access continues until the year expires.

4. Founding Member

  • The Founding Member plan ($79/yr) is refundable within 14 days of the initial charge.
  • After 14 days, Founding Member charges are non-refundable. Note: refunding or cancelling a Founding Member subscription permanently forfeits the locked-in rate — it cannot be reactivated at $79/yr.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@priceslap.app with the subject line Refund Request and include:

  • Your account email address.
  • The charge date and plan name.
  • A brief reason for the request (optional, but it helps us improve).

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days via Stripe. Once we initiate the refund, the time it takes to appear on your statement is outside our control and depends on your bank or card issuer.

7. No Refunds After Terms Violation

If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service, you are not entitled to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription, regardless of where you are in the billing period.
