1. Service Description

Priceslap is a decision-support tool for Pokemon Trading Card Game collectors and resellers. It aggregates market price data, grading economics, and authenticity signals to help users make informed decisions about buying, selling, holding, and grading cards.

By accessing or using Priceslap ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Requirements

  • —You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  • —You must provide accurate, complete information when signing up and keep it up to date.
  • —You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • —One account per person. You may not share or transfer your account.

3. Subscription Terms

Priceslap offers the following plans:

  • —Free ("Just Slapping") — $0 forever. Limited to 5 checks per day, basic Grade It (PSA only), and a 3-card watchlist.
  • —Pro ("Casual Slapper") — $6.99/month or $59/year. Includes unlimited checks, full Grade It, Speed Advisor, AI card analysis, Real Check, and a 50-card watchlist.
  • —Premium ("Pro Flipper") — $14.99/month or $129/year. Everything in Pro plus sealed product EV, Centering Scanner, Buyout Detector, SMS alerts, custom AI queries, CSV export, and a daily PDF watchlist report.
  • —Founding Member — $79/year, available to the first 100 subscribers only. Grants permanent Premium access at that rate for as long as you remain subscribed.

Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • —Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service through automated means without our written permission.
  • —Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any data or outputs from the Service.
  • —Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any part of the Service.
  • —Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • —Abuse, harass, or interfere with other users or the Service's infrastructure.
  • —Create multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits.

5. Disclaimers

  • —Price data is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Market values fluctuate and past prices do not guarantee future results.
  • —The fake-detection tool provides probabilistic assessments and is not a substitute for professional authentication. A "real" result does not guarantee authenticity.
  • —Priceslap is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PSA, CGC, BGS, eBay, TCGplayer, or The Pokemon Company. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
  • —The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Priceslap and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Priceslap in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) $10 USD.

7. Termination

  • —You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@priceslap.app.
  • —We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. In that case, you forfeit access to the Service and any remaining subscription period.
  • —Upon termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will always keep the current version of these Terms posted at this URL.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
